1About these terms

Quran Champ (quranchamp.com) is operated by Quran Champ. These terms apply to everyone who uses the website, including parents, students and instructors.

2Accounts

• A parent or legal guardian must create and manage any account used by a child, and is responsible for how it is used.
• Please give accurate details and keep your password private.
• Each account is for one student. Please don't share accounts.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3Using the lessons

All lessons, videos, quizzes, illustrations and materials belong to Quran Champ or our teachers. You may use them for your own family's learning, but you may not copy, record, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.

4Live classes

• Live classes run on Zoom. Please join on time, with a suitable name and appropriate dress and behaviour.
• Recording live classes is not allowed unless the teacher agrees.
• If we need to cancel or move a class, we'll let you know and offer another time where possible.

5Behaviour

We want Quran Champ to be a safe, kind place for children. Bullying, offensive language, sharing personal contact details or inappropriate content is not allowed. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6Plans and payments

• Prices are shown on our Pricing and course pages, in the currency stated there.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as PayPal or Razorpay). We don't store card details.
• Student accounts are created when a purchase is completed. We email you a link to set your password.
• If you choose a recurring plan, it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from your account or by contacting us, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We may change prices in the future. Changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.

7Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

8Availability

We work hard to keep the website running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update or improve lessons and features from time to time.

9Our responsibility

We provide Quran Champ with care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for problems caused by your own device, internet connection or third-party services such as Zoom.

10Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Qatar.
