1Courses and one-time plans
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as less than 20% of the course has been completed. After that, the purchase is non-refundable because the lessons have been delivered.
2Recurring plans (monthly / yearly)
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan won't renew again, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Your first payment is covered by the 7-day refund rule above.
- Renewal payments are not refunded, except where we've made a mistake or the law requires it.
3Live classes
- If we cancel a live class, we'll offer another time or a recording where possible.
- Classes missed by the student are not refunded, but please contact us — we'll try to help.
4When we always refund
- You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
- You paid but couldn't access the course because of a problem on our side that we couldn't fix.
5How to request a refund
Contact us at our contact page with the account email, the plan or course name and the reason for your request. We'll reply within 3 working days.
6How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–14 working days to appear. When a refund is made, access to that course or plan ends.
